This multipurpose facility serves as the worldwide headquarters for the U.S. Air Force's Judge Advocate General organization.  The project scope includes offices for staff and headquarters personnel, seminar and training facilities, a library, two moot courts, and two auditoriums.  The project cost also included all fit-up and furnishings as well as $1,500,000 for adjacent plaza development for static display of a B-52 D Stratofortress bomber.
